Abstract
Prague Soundscapes is about the music i Prague throught the ears of ethnomusicologists. Ethnomusicologist perceive music so intimately, and are so used to approaching through the categories of "like" and "don't like" that they experience a change in approach as an attack on theirs personal integrity.
However, this is how ethnomusicology works - whether or not you like certain music is not the main issue. You have to understand why it is the way it os.
For an ethnomusicologist, listening means trying to understand.
