Abstract
The call of the Gaudium et Spes to the solidarity with those who rejoice and those who suffer needs a tangible application. The approach presented by this book aims at promoting this helping solidarity with those who languish or suffer or who, with their lives, cause suffering to others.
Helping solidarity cannot solve everything, but it leads to a human closeness, and this already means a help. It can also lead to finding a special help beyond the boundaries of the Church.
