Abstrakt
The chapter deals with the issue of Juvenile Justice Act in the Czech Republic, especially with its structure, basic principles, grounds of the Juvenile Justice Act, security detention and possibilities of its application in the case of juvenile offenders, with protective measures in the case of offenders younger than fifteen and possibilities of theirs imposition.
