Abstract
Structured representation of information in electronic health record is important for reuse of information in medical decision support, statistical analysis of data, interoperability issues and automatic speech recognition. The article presents the importance of the user interface, the interactive DentCross component that serves to the development of lifetime electronic oral health record.
