Abstract

Keynote speaker of 2nd day of the international conference on competitive intelligence. Information resources hidden in publicly accessible resources of information are often a gold mine for many processes in competitive intelligence.

It is an approach to public and special libraries, also database centers and digital libraries, which can provide an interesting mosaic of information in final images of competitors, markets, etc. A typical example of this area is ​​scientific information and relevant electronic information resources, where is possible to do special search procedures and strategies including bibliometric and scientometric analysis.

The lecture will judge individual information resources and experiences with their usage. Science itself, as well as companies with R&D structures are often dependent on such sources.
