Abstract
The publication is devoted to nanostructures, nanoparticles and nanotechnology, in which, after an explanation of basic concepts and principles of modern science attention is focused mainly on its possible use in biomedicine, where its potential applications is virtually boundless. Given that research in these areas is on a constant rise occurs in this context as well as accreditation of new curricula, which are dedicated to preparing the necessary specialists in the field of "nano".
For this reason, therefore, each publication dealing with this issue is very welcome, especially if they could also be used in the teaching process.
