Abstract
Nowadays, there is a sufficient existenceof legislation that protects the rights of victims of sexual crimes and provides them required help. The text presented analyzes (in the context) the most important aspects of the protection of victims of sexual crimes that are considered by the Victims of Crime Bill as the particularly vulnerable victims.
