Abstract
The author follows the oldest messages on the legislation in Bohemia , passes the first ( unsuccessful ) attempts to codify the Land law under Wenceslas II . and Charles IV ., and deals with the first codification of the Czech Land Law under Vladislav II in the year 1497.
