Abstract
The article deals with results of research realized by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic focused on practice of courts in the field of imposition and execution of alternative sanctions and diversions after a reform of the criminal law in new Criminal Code, namely not only a practise of imposition new alternative sanctions as a house arrest or ban on participation at sport, culture and other events of but also in cases of community service orders or fines and diversions.
