Abstract
Autumn School (five-day) was designed for social workers from the Czech Republic, working particular in the area of prevention. Topics discussed were the identification / definition of the role models of social workers and their verification through the exchange of experiences of workers in the identified roles.
As a major outputs are expected basis for future standardization of social work (expertise and specialization), including materials for the amendment of existing legislative provisions and the Law on Social Workers. Morning session was devoted to lecturing inputs and in the afternoon session, participants were divided into eight working groups, with the assistance of a facilitator when working on responses related to areas of interest.
