Abstract

According to ICD-10 personality disorders and permanent exhibits a characteristic internal structure and behaviors of individuals, which as a whole are clearly different from the expected behavior acceptable given society. The overall prevalence in the population is given 6-9%, but higher (10-15%).

The proportion of people with a personality disorder in the general outpatient care is estimated at 20-30%. Patients with personality disorder have to treat general mistrust.

Helping can help in the context of crisis intervention, short-term treatment of comorbidity, or long-term treatment of personality disorder itself.
