Messrs. Heidenreich of Sedlec and Conrad of Zbraslav (Aula Regia), abbots of the respective Cistercian monasteries, rose to prominent positions at the royal court of Wenceslas II of Bohemia (1283-1305).
Both gentlemen enjoyed their exceptional status even after the extinction of the Přemyslid dynasty, and in the time of the ascent of a new Luxemburg dynasty to the royal throne of Bohemia.
