Abstract
The chapter is dealing with demographic development, situation of older adults and seniors at the labour market, discrimination and equal treatment regarding this group in the context of labour in the Czech Republic. It is focusing on the characteristics of older workers and working seniors, problems with ageism in organizations and older workers and working seniors' job satisfaction.
The chapter is also dealing with age management in organizations and education and development of older workers and working seniors.
