Abstrakt
The chapter is dealing with comparison of demographic development, situation of older adults and seniors at the labour market, discrimination and equal treatment regarding this group in the context of labour in the V4 countries. It is dealing with problems of ageism in organizations and abilities of older workers and working seniors, concepts of age management in organizations, age diversity and development of competencies of older workers and working seniors.
