Abstract
In this chapter author deals with interpretation of sections 928 to 952. These sections are introductory provisions of Title III of the Civil Code, which concern tutelage and other forms of childcare.
In the commentary for these sections author concerns himself with interpretation and description of development legal institutes of tutelage and custodianship.
