Abstract
The authors introduce project 5P+. The authors comments the seminar on theme NMR spectroscopy.
The teachers isolated vanillin resp. ethylvanillin from vanillin sugar during the seminar. Teachers visited NMR laboratory.
The results of short questionarra are mentioned in this chapter.
