Abstract
There were many twists during the life of the Roman state and the Roman Empire. Due to the nature of Roman law, which did not have strict contraposition of public and private law in itself, many of these reversals have their core in both public and private sphere at the same time.
The paper aims to affect some of these aspects and highlight any development tendencies and continuity.
