Jan Petr (1931MINUS SIGN 1989), a Czech scholar specializing in Polish, Sorbian and Slovenian, devoted significant attention in his extensive works to Polish-Sorbian literary contacts. This article is devoted to Petr's works on Polish, published in the popular periodical Rozhlad and the scholarly journal Lětopis beginning in the 1950s
