Abstract
T-helper cells significantly affect human reproduction. Current work provides a contemporary preview on the Th cell functions and interactions in normal and pathological pregnancies from the view of Th1/Th2/Th17/T-reg paradigm.
We discuss actual possibilities of fertility disorders treatment from perspective of immuno-modulation of Th cell counts and functions.
