The relationship between overall satisfaction with team communication and evaluation of communication quality and quantity with individual team members was examined in 139 teams. The results showed that satisfaction with team communication is mostly correlated with the average of evaluation of communication quality with individual team members (r=0.488) followed by the difference between averages of desired and current frequency of communication with individual team members (r=-0.224).
Regressionmodels based on the evaluation of communication scale swith individual team members used in so-called Sociomapping enable to estimate up to 30% of variance in the overall satisfaction with team communication.
