Abstract
Model of experimental dermatomycosis in guinea pigs with fungus Trichophyton mentagrophytes has been used in photodynamic therapy by phthalocyanine using prototype Stomaset source of monochromatic light. The best effect of treatment group appeared to 2x irradiated by light source.
The positive effect of treatment with two doses of the phthalocyanine is a one dose of combined treatment. Combined therapy (phthalocyanine + radiation) applied twice induced in skin to overreaction.
