Abstract
Punctuation for sentences denoted in old Czech nothing but intonation and dynamic course of testimony. Set of terms denoting sentence by a formal point of view (indicative, imperative, interrogative, etc.) does not correspond the theory of linguistic communication.
The article submitted test results, which shows that children's thinking is closer to modern linguistic theory than by the education simplistic interpretation. The author concludes that it is necessary to consider changing the content taught.
