Abstract
The chapter deals with the practical application of the principles of Gestalt theory in didactic novel adaptation. Attention is given to the stage reading of the novel "Dieda oder Das Fremde Kind" written by Austrian author Renate Wesh, point of intersiktion of stage interpretation and interpretation of autobiographical novel by the writer.
