Optimizing the conditions of the chromatographic determination of aromatic amines with electrochemical detection

Abstract

This work was focused on developing methods for determining the ten mixtures of aromatic amines - aniline (A), 2-aminoanthracene (2-AA), 2-aminobiphenyl (2-AB), 4-aminobiphenyl (4-AB), 2-aminofluorenu (2-AF), 1-aminonaphthalene (1-AN), 2-aminonaphthalene (AN-2), 2-ethylaniline (EA), 2-nitroaniline (2-NA) and o-toluidine (T) - by means of high performance liquid chromatography reverse phase HPLC (RP-HPLC) using amperometric (ED) and spectrophotometric (UV) detection.
