Electrochemical research supramolecular interactions of DNA with genotoxic 2-nitrofluorene

Abstract

This work is focused on electrochemical detection of DNA damage caused by genotoxic 2-nitrofluorene. For this purpose was developed simple DNA biosensor based transmitter glassy carbon and low molecular weight DNA isolated from salmon sperm.
