Abstract
Circulation wells are employed for groundwater remediation for over twenty years. Despite that, it's quite unknown in Cyech Republic.
The unfamiliarity of its principle ane its influence on groundwater flow might be one of the sources of distrust in this technology. This work presents certain insight into the workings of circulation wells.
By means of numerical modeling, the influence of circulation well design and hydrogeological conditions on groundwater flow was assessed.
