Abstract
On the basis of measles vaccination the overall disease reduction was achieved. Despite of the this reduction increase of disease number has been recently recorded due to lower vaccine coverage.
Among most affected countries Bulgaria, France, Rumania are mentioned. Permanent low number of cases in the Czech Republic was modified with epidemics in 2014.
