Abstract
The article is based on the results of the latest international testing PISA reading literacy 2012. It draws attention to the lack of representation of the concept of curricular literacy in RVP for primary and secondary education, including pupils with special educational needs, and states that this under-representation can be unpleasant effect on output state graduation exam.
