Abstract
Nerve paralytic agents of general structure MeP(O)(OR)F (Sarin, Soman, Cyklosin) as well as agents of the VX and Vx type MeP(O)(SCH2CH2NR2)OR are described and their properties are discussed from the stand point of view of their toxicity, synthesis and chemical reactions applied for their detoxication, decontamination and degradation.
