Abstract
The study is the first outcome of the three year project (2014-2016) focused on "Spatial Relations of Flat Settlements and Burial Mounds in Thrace". The project is based on the results of Tundzha Regional Archaeological Project (TRAP) which took place in Stara Zagora and Yambol regions in 2008-2010 as well as of the expedition focused on selective verification of burial mounds; Burial Mounds in Thrace Project (BUM) undertaken in Stara Zagora, Yambol and Pazardzhik regions in 2010-2012.
The amount of diverse data collected during the expeditions opened among others also the question of their best storage so they can be further utilized and/or supplemented by additional information. Creation of the relational database appeared to be the best solution for the issue.
