Abstract

The aim of this work was to survey personalist's requirements and experiences with outdoor management training (OMT ). The personalists' ideas of a course content and its usage have been discovered as well.

One hundred fifty-two personalists of Czech companies have been inquired. It was found out that those personalists use the OMT courses for expertise development, soft skills and for support of a team spirit.

The most frequently organised courses are for key and new employees. A feedback during the course is not so common for personalists, as we find out in OMT theory.

The course is mostly scheduled for two days and personalists can influence its content. The gained findings are suggestive for expert community that is dealing with this type of education.

They provide information concerning orderers' point of view of OMT courses (in the most cases personalists') and they open scope for the further orderers' education or an offer adjustment.
