Abstract
The article deals with methods of targetted treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Namely in detail describes mode of action of pirfenidone, which directly influences the TGF beta pathway.
The new drugs, not yet reimubersed, are mentřioned as well: nintedanib, study drugs.
