Abstract

The article analyses Woolf's "Solid Objects" from the perspective of philosophies of G. E.

Moore, William James and Henri Bergson. The argument demonstrates the relationship between categories of space and time, material and spiritual, and solid and fluid and examines their reassessment in Woolf's text.
