The analysis of absorption capacity of Labour market for university graduates at various levels and fields of education
Abstract
This publication analyses the employability of graduates in the labour market in the Czech Republic. Analyses are based on the REFLEX 2013 survey: Employability of higher education graduates and evaluation of acquired education.
Each university and faculty has its own chapter in which it is shown where their graduates are applied on the Czech labour market. The analysis is performed initially by the number and level of education of graduates.
This is followed by analysis by sector of the economy where graduates of the universities or faculties are employed. The following section analyses the employability of graduates by occupational groups.
Another part is focused on analysis by fields of study (only in the chapters for Universities). The last analyse compares the qualification requirements of jobs where graduates work.
