Abstract
The goal of the study is to analyse inoccupied flats accorsing to 2011 Census of population, housing and dwelling. Unnoccupied flats in the property of the state and municipalities and regardless of owners are analysed.
The analysis is focused on spatial distribution of unoccupied flats in Czechia (in regions, districts, administrative areas), according to settlement hierarchy, causes of vacancy, types of houses, owners and unemployment rate in the municipality.
