Abstract
This book presents development and improvement in the Occuaptional Skills Profiles concept in year 2014. The main enrichment is the involving the PIAAC data to OSPs concept.
For this two main task have been done: 1) Determination of the relevant skill dimensions that can be taken from PIAAC. 2) Extending the results for PIAAC countries (17 countries) to cover all other non-PIAAC countries using a semi-country specific "the closest neighbour" approach. This book describes how it was produced in detail.
