Abstract

This report relates to undergraduate preparation matters regarding the future teachers, continous education of the practice teachers as well as education state policy, oriented to advancement of their key competences. The subject of the research is a practice teacher's analysis and further nhancement of his vocational competences, along with claryfying the vocational identity and expert level of his profession, and understanding the identity of practice teacher as subject of further education.
