Ethical Dilemmas of Probation and Mediation in The Practice of Social Work

Abstract

One of the goals of this text is to introduce the reader to the basic issues connected with the use of the mediation method as a necessary skill for social workers to use in their practice; not only in the often mentioned areas of probation and mediation, but also in other areas, such as family, civil-legal and business disputes, school social work, community mediation and others.
