Abstract
The study analysis the ties of Christoph Harant of Polzice and Bezdruzice (1564-1621), the well known Bohemian noble man, to the West Bohemia region. He moved to the East Bohemia, where he was married, and he was a member of the Rudolf II. court in Prague.
Neverthless, he was born in West Bohemia and his fate was (especially untill 1600) connected with many West Bohemia residences.
