Cyril and Methodius tradition in the 19th and 20th centuries, the period of prosperity and efforts to silence

Abstract

The collective monograph analyzes different forms of Cyril and Methodius tradition in the 19th and 20th centuries, noting its role not only at the time of formation of the modern Czech and Slovak nation, but also during totality. Incorporates this tradition in the development of individual churches, but also describes its influence on the development of art and folk culture.
