The simulation of the model behaves similar to the modeled reality using fixed condition. There exists a lot of methods to validate model and identify the parameters.
We selected some of them and we implemented it as web application, which is introduced in this paper. The application is useful to identify parameter values without need of install and configure other tools.
The process of parameter estimation - model calibration - can be computation and time demanding. Therefore we added an option to distribute the computation task to scientific cloud provided by the czech education and research network operator CESNET.
