Abstract

How easily folded functional physiological mathematical model and do not get dirty hands-algebraic numerical calculations? The answer is to use language Modelica libraries and Physiolibrary (www.physiolibrary.org), which will provide the most needed laws of chemical, hydraulic, osmotic, or thermal domain in the form of graphical components. these components are designed to be very intuitive to use. Their graphic interconnection links variables for equality and Kirchhoff flow.

This creates Scheme the images of some physiological circuits, wherein each of said domains have their efforts (in an electrical circuit - Voltage) and flow (electrical circuit - current). Chemistry domain has a concentration and flow agents, a hydraulic pressure and flow rate, heat is at a temperature and flow of thermal energy and osmotic domain has an osmolarity membrane and released volume flow.
