Protocol development of isolation of DNA from a sample of biological material selected cancer diseases
Abstract
Main purpose of this contract research was putting benchtop system for automatic nucleic acid isolation MagNA Pure Compact from the Roche company into full operation at the contractor site and and develop an appropriate protocol for the isolation of nucleic acids. For this goal we tested the system on pilot samples and validated isolated DNA using standard methods.
Contract research was fulfilled by training of contractor's employees for machine use, handing optimalized protocols (especially regarding the prolong lysis time for better sample preparation) and handing results of pilot experiments to contractor.
