Abstract
Based on experimental data on radon in soil gas, measured in the Czech Republic in past years, uncertainties involved in radon risk mapping are estimated. Nonhomogeneity of rock environment, accidental choice of points of field measurements, temporal radon variations and measurement features contribute to deviations of radon risk mapping.
