The paper deals with the relationship between talks during the Paris Peace Conference in 1946 and the solution of the Hungarian Question in Czechoslovakia (Slovakia). It focuses on resolving the Hungarian question in the course of preparation for the Conference, during the Conference itself, in the light if its outcomes and further talks relating to the signature attached to the Peace Treaty by Hungary; the paper analyses the impact of Czechoslovak measures and proposals upon position of individual actors during the Conference.
