Abstract
The object of these guidelines is to summarize the current evidencefor treatment of invasive aspergillosis. The recommendations have been developed by the panel of experts of the Czech leukemia group - for lide (CELL) following an evidence-based search od literature with regard to current recommendation of European Conference in Infections in Leukemia and Infectious Diseases Society of America.
