Abstract
The conference was the third occasion for the members of the Philosophy of Sport Section of the Czech Kinanthropological Society to meet, and the second time that it has been hosted by the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in Prague. Again, there were many guests from abroad - this time, from 12 countries.
As usual, there were papers in two traditions: both phenomenological and analytical philosophy, including sports ethics, addressing various issues within the field of sport. The characteristic feature of these conferences is a programme designed to give adequate time for proper discussion.
