Abstract
The most recent modification of filgrastim molecule is lipegfilgrastim, a glyco-pegylated form of filgrastim. It allows administration once daily during chemotherapy cycle.
Lipegfilgrastim has shown efficacy as well as good tolerance in the prevention of febrile neutropenia in clinical studies.
