Abstract

The collective monograph Media Modernism (Studies on contemporary forms of de-abstraction and mediality) offers readers an analysis of theories and discussions related to the perception and interpretation of the world in the context of modern and postmodern media and culture. The book gives a picture of representation of reality and seeing the world change through new media.

In this context, the authors try to outline the relationship between art, science and the media, in terms of philosophical, sociological, theological and science of art. By default, while united in their endeavors to capture the share of the media in shaping the image of the world and the social "constructed" reality.
