Impacts of social reform on assessment of dependence degree for care allowance and importance of ergo-diagnostics in social rehabilitation of its beneficiaries

Abstract

Since January 1, 2012, an amendment to the Social Services Act, which brought a new paradigm for assessing the degree of dependence. The aim of the amendment was in line with modern knowledge of medical science, to create a modern medical assessor principles and the assessment of the degree of dependence.
